Digital Product License

License grant

Each purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use by one farm or agricultural business, unless the listing expressly states otherwise. Dairy Manager Anywhere is limited to three devices serving that licensed operation.

Permitted use

• Edit and print templates for the licensed operation.
• Use the Dairy Manager on devices serving that operation within the applicable device limit.
• Share completed records with employees and authorized advisors or reviewers.
• Create backups and archival copies for the licensed operation.

Not permitted

• Resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or give blank product files, access instructions, or license keys to another operation.
• Include the products in another commercial package or shared template library.
• Remove ownership notices or imply the materials are official government or certifier forms.
• Republish the Dairy Manager source, bypass activation or device limits, or use one purchase across unrelated businesses.

Encryption and hosted sync

The buyer controls its encryption passphrase and is responsible for keeping it secure. Eden Bay Advising does not receive the passphrase and cannot recover encrypted records without it. Hosted sync complements rather than replaces downloaded backups.

Additional operations and termination

A separate license is required for each unrelated operation. Material violation terminates the license and unauthorized copies or access must be removed. Completed or legally required farm records may be retained.

Ownership

All rights not expressly granted remain with Eden Bay Advising. Purchase does not transfer copyright, trademark, source-code ownership, or resale rights.
