By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms, the Refund Policy, and the applicable Digital Product License.
Independent tools
The Farm Office provides independent educational, planning, software, and recordkeeping tools. It is not a certifier, government agency, veterinary practice, law firm, or accounting firm. Products do not guarantee certification, compliance, animal-health outcomes, grants, financing, or inspection results.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for confirming current requirements with appropriate professionals, keeping accurate source records, reviewing entries, protecting devices, license keys, encryption passphrases, and backups, and using products lawfully.
Purchases and intellectual property
Payhip processes and delivers digital purchases and product license keys. The site, software, templates, text, and graphics are owned by Eden Bay Advising or used with permission. Purchase grants a limited license, not ownership or resale rights.
Hosted sync
Dairy Manager Anywhere depends on internet, hosting, browser, and device services outside Eden Bay Advising's complete control. Buyers should maintain downloaded backups. Service may be maintained, updated, limited for misuse, or discontinued after reasonable notice when practicable.
Availability and liability
Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden Bay Advising is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits, certification decisions, or operational losses. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Louisiana law. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
