Digital products
Because downloadable files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed digital-product sales are generally final after access or download.
When we will help
Contact support within 14 days if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, cannot access the download, received a corrupted file, or the delivered product materially differs from its listing. We will first replace the file, restore access, or correct the problem. If that is not reasonably possible, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Normally nonrefundable
Refunds are not normally provided for change of mind after download, failure to read disclosed software requirements, failure to make backups, certification or inspection outcomes, or use outside the license.
Requesting review
Provide the purchaser name, order email, product, purchase date, and problem description. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or confidential farm records by ordinary email.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider rules.
