Scope
This policy applies to OfficeTools.farm and The Farm Office digital products offered by Eden Bay Advising. Payhip and payment processors operate their own services under their own privacy policies.
Information you provide
If you purchase or contact support, information may include your name, email, order details, license status, and message. Payhip and its payment providers process checkout information; The Farm Office does not receive your full payment-card number.
Website measurement
The site may use privacy-conscious aggregate measurement to understand visits, referral sources, and general device categories. The Farm Office does not sell personal information or use these measurements to create individual advertising profiles.
Dairy Manager data
The downloadable Dairy Manager stores farm records locally in the buyer's browser. Dairy Manager Anywhere encrypts the farm database on the buyer's device before sending an encrypted cloud copy for cross-device sync. The encryption passphrase is not sent to or stored by The Farm Office, so The Farm Office cannot read that encrypted copy or recover a lost passphrase. Buyers control backups, device security, record accuracy, authorized sharing, and any files intentionally provided for support.
Use, sharing, and retention
Information may be used for delivery, license enforcement, support, security, accounting, legal compliance, and product improvement. It may be shared with providers needed for hosting, checkout, payment, delivery, or compliance and retained only as reasonably necessary.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by The Farm Office, subject to required business and legal records. Contact Payhip or a payment provider regarding information they control.
