Feed audit trail

Connect every organic feed delivery to its supplier, storage, and ration

A supplier certificate alone does not show what arrived. A strong feed file connects current supplier status to the specific delivery and the way the farm used it.

Keep the delivery packet together

  • Supplier name and current organic certificate
  • Invoice and delivery ticket
  • Feed name, quantity, date, lot or load reference
  • Label or ingredient information
  • Storage location and receiving notes
  • Ration, animal group, or inventory record connected to use

Track certificate changes

Record the certificate expiration date and review scope details before relying on a certificate. Keep replaced versions in the archive rather than overwriting the only copy.

Include farm-raised feed

Connect field, planting, input, harvest, yield, storage, inventory, and ration records so purchased and farm-raised feed tell one complete story.
